All profits from the sale of this book goes to supporting a refugee project.This is an artist's size, square edition (hardback, dust cover, limited edition). The book is a selection of Jill Mellick's short poems grew over many years.. (Two other editions available, one smaller and one an ebook .) Soon after holding her first one-person art show, Mellick was moved to write a short poem to accompany each large landsape she exhibited, whether it was in mixed media, pastel, watercolor, or acrylic. The poem accompanied the landscape when it was bought. Wing and Wind contains a selection of eighty of these haiku-inspired poems not previously available for sale at her art shows.
