Can you help the explorer find the Beast of South Hill Park? A mischief-making monster has taken up residence at South Hill Park and the brave explorer is determined to track it down! Join in with his quest around Bracknell’s historic mansion and grounds in a poetic adventure story that features beautiful watercolour paintings every step of the way. Profits generated from sales of this book will be donated to South Hill Park Arts Centre's fundraising campaign in response to the Coronavirus Pandemic.In 2020, South Hill Park launched a major fundraising campaign following its unavoidable temporary closure due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. With newfound time on their hands during lockdown, mother and daughter, Lynne and Jane decided to embark on a creative project to stay connected across the miles and to help raise funds for this well-loved arts venue in their hometown. Some twenty-five miles away in West London, Jane set to work on the story whilst Lynne commenced sketching in Bracknell. Lynne was able to draw upon the knowledge she had acquired from being a regular attendee of South Hill Park's drawing and painting classes, whilst Jane was inspired by memories from her childhood in Birch Hill and from working at SHP during her twenties.
