Something to Read 1: A Reader for Elementary Students of English

Something to Read 1 and 2 are appropriate for use with levels 1 and 2 respectively of The New Cambridge English Course, or other course books at these levels. They aim to encourage learners to pick and choose what to read according to their interest and ability. Each is highly illustrated in colour and black and white and contains extracts from books, magazines and newspapers, chosen and presented so as to be accesible to low-level learners. Optinal mini-tasks are offered to chech comprehension.
