Memoir Of An HBCU Graduate

This book tells the story of an exceptional Black woman's journey chronicled though her life experiences in travel, career, youth involvement, and faith. She was raised in the Midwest and was brought up in the Methodist Church. She shares her adventures as a Special Education Teacher, traveling with her students on field trips and to institutions of higher learning to check out potential schools to attend college. Has traveled all over the world and the United States. Jennie Harrison has received awards from corporate America, not-for-profit organizations, along with local, state, regional and national agencies. She started her career as a Registered Nurse and transitioned to Special Education Teacher where she retired after 25 years.
