JJ and the Sassy Cat

Imagine a twelve-year-old boy with one leg in a cast who finds a pair of beautiful boots which have fantastic magical powers.Unfortunately, the boots do not come with an Operator’s Manual. JJ learns all of their magic powers by accident. One of the first things he learns is that he is able to converse with an uppity cat who has been tagging along with him. The cat is self-serving, ungracious, very superstitious and has an extremely, overly nervous disposition.JJ and the cat go on some very strange, scary, and funny escapades.
