Larry Desmedt (1949-2004), genius motorcycle builder/artist, daredevil extraordinaire and introspective philosopher, will forever be known as Indian Larry. He remains the motorcycle world's most beloved figure, known equally for his wild antics, his gentleness and generosity, and the radical bikes that reflected his carnivalesque character. One of the originators of the hard-core-style custom chopper, he combined ingenious metalwork and inventive engineering in highly collectable chrome sculptures that have garnered worldwide respect and recognition.
