What follows is an extremely subjective selection of texts, the majority of which have been extracted from the journal Curtains, published by Paul Buck throughout the 1970's. Curtains represents for me a great act of intellectual generosity, a profound contribution, somehow unimaginable in this age of 'literature'. The bibliographies reproduced here have changed in my perception from concrete information to concrete image; a picture of the energies collecting at that time.
