O tej książce
Thirty short stories of immigrant workers from many countries of origin describe the types of jobs immigrants hold and the conditions under which they work to heighten awareness and encourage action. Sixty-seven students and teachers from Brooklyn International High School, Manhattan International High School, and International High School at LaGuardia Community College wrote the stories and took the photographs in this book. It is part of a larger initiative called Student Research for Action sponsored by nonprofit What Kids Can Do.
