The Doctor Who Yearbook 1993 was created by Gary Russell and Peri Godbold with John Freeman, Chris McCormack, Fiona Moscatelli, Ed Lawrence, Stuart Bartlett, and not forgetting Louise Cassell. The content features "Spearheads from Space" (a look at Invaders) by Justin Richards, "Daggers of the Mind" (a look at manipulators) by Justin Richards, "Making (New) Myths" by John Nathan-Turner, "The Sonic Screwdriver" by Andrew Pixley, "Collectors The Silly Season" (a look at novelty merchandise) by David J. Howe, "Terrible Tunes" (a look at music merchandise) by MC "Howie" Howe (AKA David Howe), and "Dressing Up" (a look at clothing merchandise) by David J. Howe. It includes two comic strip stories, six prose stories by different authors, eight Monster Files, and four A4 schematics. The Yearbook offered a holiday special to readers of the monthly magazine title. It was originally sold in the United Kingdom for £4.50.
