Dark Hauntings

Life for the McClains becomes spooky in a hurry after Rose discovers that a friend has left her an iconic theater in her will, and the family of that friend realizes that their livelihoods are at stake. Dark Hauntings, the 10th and final installment of the Booger McClain Ozarks Detective Series, features the investigative duo of Rose and Booger exploring a couple of Springfield, Missouri’s most haunted locations as they try to understand why and how a wealthy Ozarks family might have killed one of their own. As the detectives get closer to the truth, more and more supernatural activity surfaces while evildoers fight to keep their long-hidden evil deeds from reaching the light of day. As their lives hang in the balance, the McClains learn again that in the Ozarks, sometimes the ones keeping the light on for you never want you to find a helping hand in the dark.
