Cloud Stalking Mice

Baker City, Oregon: 1899. In a letter to a fellow man of the cloth, the Reverend John J. Tiller recounts his investigation into the murder of his friend, a respected Chinese doctor. When a possible clue to the mystery is revealed through the behavior of the dead man's cat, the Reverend decides to test a theory that puts his life in danger as well as challenges the strength of his faith.
