Chronicles of the Lost Sea: The Kraken's Curse

Christopher Loring has spent has life at sea as a sailor, wishing to be a pirate. He was born in the Lost Sea, an ocean of ever-shifting pirate territories and pirate rivalries. Now, Chris is inadvertently thrown into the chaos of the pirate's life when he is shipwrecked on a small island and rescued by buccaneers. He is thrown into a great pirate adventure - one that he's always dreamed of - with a mystifying Captain who makes dueling an art, a joking first mate who is seldom serious, and a great vessel that rides upon the waves. But when the crew discovers a journal amid the treasure hoard of a stronghold of Accursed - the bones of ancient pirates brought back by some old curse or power for an unclear purpose - everything begins to make sense... and to fall apart.
