Children of the Furor

FBI Agent Kent Dalham watched the group of angry young men from across the small town's main square. Their hard black boots glinted in the moonlight, and their shrieks of hatred pierced the night air as they searched out their next victim. Young, white, proud, heads shaven in defiance, there were on a mission to rid the world of people whose beliefs, culture or skin differed from their own. They were driven be a greater, more evil power-he could see it in their eyes. Yet they were still children. It was hard to imagine that somewhere a mother worried about where her son and his friends were headed that night. Agent Dalham watched in disgust and amazement. He couldn't believe this kind of hatred had risen again... and this time, so close to home. He wondered if his faith could sustain him as he prepared to battle the resurrected ghosts of a generation of hate.
