Cape Disappointment

Compelled by tragedy, love and fear, 3 young surfers make their way from Hawaii into the U.S. Coast Guard and then on to the heavy water training station at Cape Disappointment, Washington. Known as “The graveyard of the Pacific” the training grounds take place in one of the most dangerous and fierce environments where man and machine face the awesome power of giant surf. The motor lifeboat school uses a specifically engineered surf rescue boat that is quite simply a high powered roll cage that you strap yourself into. Two characters find out along the way that love and courage will help them endure extreme challenges, while fate catches up to the other. With its high impact action, romance and dangers, it is filled with excitement and surprise on every page.
