Bob Jones University's Book of Martyrs: The Babel-Jonsian Captivity of The Church

Each of us who have written this book together have had children, husbands, relatives, uncles, and/or close friends who have suffered from the abuse from the leadership of this institution. It is our hope that this expose` will prompt better treatment of both students and faculty. Although the school has undergone some changes, and now there is accountability to put pressure on the leadership to refrain from abuse, even torts against students, past tradition of abuse may be hard to correct overnight. None of us comes with rancor or bitterness. None of us comes for personal revenge. This book is given so that the same abuses may not occur against others. “Whatsoever maketh manifest is light.” Light must shine so that darkness may flee. We do not want to interact with anyone about this. Our lives and the lives of our loved ones were turned into living hells. We want to write this and forget. We can not be involved with dialogue and debate, as that will only open old wounds. May G-d use this work to expose what is evil in His eyes, and bring repentance and righteousness, as well as healing for the hurting, in Jesus’ Name.
