Bert Theis: Some Works

Bert Theis regularly opens up spaces for creative interaction which can be occupied by the public, offering the possibility of transforming monotony into something much more at the 1995 Venice Biennale, Theis erected a Luxembourg pavilion where none had existed before, between the Dutch and Belgian pavilions, both neighbors having denied him a building permit.
