Behind The Trees: Based on Actual Events

In 1978, two convicts escaped from an Oklahoma prison. From there they went on a rampage; robbing and killing people across several states. This is the account, based on actual events of their time spent in rural Alabama told by Author Barbara Clark who was 23 years old at the time. Take this journey with her as she gives details of her and her family’s close encounter with these armed and dangerous men deemed as “thrill killers” and the uncertain end result.
