Bartholomew Skunk is the most popular boy on the block. "I am popular," Bartholomew thinks. He has lots of friends. "Too numerous to count," Bartholomew says. So it isn't surprising when Bartholomew is elected president of the Block Club. "Now I am popular and a president, too," he thinks.But power soon goes to his head.
