Application of Artificial Intelligence in Reducing Malware Content and CybercrimeThis paper concentrates mainly on how this anti-virus works and what are the limitations to present day anti-virus. This paper also focuses on providing a futuristic thesis on how we can build AI software that can help strengthening the computer security by learning from user behavior. The learning process of AI from the user and how it can implement from what it has gained will be explained in detail in Discussion section. In present day world every one of us are acclimatized to a digital world where everything is done through laptops and smartphones. We store tons and tons of important information of niche class in these devices and we expect it to be safe and sound even after a decade or so.But just like human beings these computers are prone to viruses from some websites where we are downloading the files. How will virus attacks the website in first place? In 1986 when first virus was invented by “Basit” and Ajmat Faruq Alvi’s at Lahore, Pakistan to check the persistence of the system towards an anti- virus. They named the anti-virus as “BRAIN” which will relocate the root address of the computer and places a virus in original location.Later on many people who are depressed and mentally ill started coding viruses just to obstruct the process and for their fun of course. Not only an individual but Government agencies and Corporations are posing an immense danger with rapidly increasing cyber-attacks. Virus coders are so advanced and are finding new ways to crack or bypass Anti-virus scans and firewalls.
