After a long period of not gaining consciousness

We are always filled with sad memories of disappointment, worry and doubt. When returning to bouts of inhibition, we often allow ourselves to search for reasons, analyze the meaning, and then deduce the consequences in a direction that completely does not reflect the nature of the situation. Then we feel like we just went through that pain again. My heart felt happy again, my breathing quickened, my whole body cold, just like the actual experiences when the incident first happened.
