O tej książce

The stories in this book contain capsules of Dave’s manic state of bi-polar illness. Depression of the worse kind, one usually experiences with this disorder, is diabolical. In his case the opposing factor of mania occur, hand-in-hand, as a mean counterpart. The issues of temporary, (YES TEMPORARY!) depression goes away, Dave says. Yet many times it is so powerful in those afflicted, that, some people try suicide. Some have died. "It (the depressive state) is the pay-back, but will cease in time," But the 'mania part' is what he has written about in personal, and plentiful, nuggets. His instances have been experiences of danger, fun, and excitement before the crash of severe chemical depression. It is a Ferris Wheel, up down, up down.Dave has written the book to those who struggle (for no fault of their own) with manic-depression and their 'others', which have to live with their moods Dave has landed in psych wards, and Kent County Jail in Grand Rapids, Michigan for an astounding 126 plus times since 1981(probably closer to 165 times). No one he knows has ever come close. He could qualify for a spot in the Guinness World Book of Records! And, sadly, that's probably true.
