A Great Stage of Fools

George Zander, an accountant with a largish libido, dreams of being famous, but his plans go quickly awry when a fortuneteller sees him as a world-historical player in a series of disastrous future events and guides him accordingly. George's actions lead to a myriad of unintended consequences within his life and the lives of his offspring, all of which directly and indirectly influence them, resulting in hard choices, mania, and even murder.
