A FASCINATIING REVIEW OF EVERTHING I HAVE IS YOURS BY ELEANOR HENDERSON: A Gut-wrenching Story of Love, Chaos, Heartbreak, Contradictions and Consolations

Eleanor and Aaron meet young (well, Eleanor is in high school, but Aaron is older). And their roller coaster relationship takes many twists and turns that would have resulted in other couples. And finally, when they're all grown up and married and have a career, and things seem to smooth out when it gets much, much harder. Aaron has medical problems that cannot be properly diagnosed. And there are tons of doctor's appointments and excruciating pain. To cope with this, he drink a lot. He does drugs from time to time. The entire burden of maintaining the family, dealing with the children and the house, as well as Aaron, who often seems like a very large third child, falls completely on Eleanor, which would be more than enough to crush one person and then add the health problems at the top. He doesn't seem to work full time or a lot at all and he follows her to college. She basically lives with him from her first year. He tells her of a difficult childhood with divorced parents, big moves and the death of a childhood friend. It is a bit difficult book to review this book because of the big red flags and the problems are real, meaning that this man really suffered for no reason. If he's the manipulative predator that I think so much of the book describes, then he's been abusing his wife and entire family for years and the author doesn't seem to realize it and often blames herself for their problems.
