In his diet he required to exercise the greatest caution; and he suffered cruelly for any deviation from his regimen. He was intensely susceptible to changes of temperature and climate.About the Austin Dobson (1840–1921) was an English poet, essayist, and biographer. Other works include “A Handbook of English Literature,” “Eighteenth Century Essays,” and “Life of Oliver Goldsmith.”
