50 Years Not Out

My story is possibly typical of a young boy obsessed with sport, especially football, growing up through the late 1960s and early 1970s in the days when parks were full of boys playing football and cricket every night as their main interest without the distraction of social media and computer games. Derby County Football Club were then to become a major part of my life from the age of seven for the next fifty years experiencing the highs and lows of a club steeped in tradition with a very chequered history with it's fantastic fan base.
