The Only Trivia Book You'll Ever Need: The Most Random, Crazy, Intresting, Funny & Strange Facts For a Curious Mind - Guaranteed To Cure Boredom
autor Joe Murphy
O tej książce
Why did the chicken cross the road?Without further ado, let’s begin. If you’re someone like me who suffers from boredom-syndrome and you find yourself being drawn to mind-numbingly random facts about nothing, then simply put, this book is for you.If you’re someone who is interested in the most fascinating facts about everything interesting. If you like fun facts about things that are relevant, current, and meaningful then this book is not for you!Phew, that’s the process of elimination outta the way. If you're still reading, hello my friend. This book is filled with unlimited knowledge (well limited to 269) and it’s golden. You know the saying ‘knowledge is power’? The knowledge you’ll get from this book has been scientifically proven to give you superpowers. The facts in this book are the most random, crazy, twisted, true, historical, modern, inappropriate, heartwarming, political, and simply f*cked. I must repeat that this book will not blow your mind. Books unfortunately don’t have that kind of power. However, they can give that kind of power.Once you have read these facts and absorbed the knowledge, you will instantly become equipped to blow other people’s minds by regurgitating the randomness or implode on yourself when trying to hold yourself back from telling ‘did you know’ facts back to family, or to friends - if you have any that is (I have none). The coronavirus induced lockdown brought me worryingly close to imploding as I was constipated with so much knowledge, I was forced to do what any other rational human would and spew these facts to my dog. Poor Hugo, but even he was impressed. This book is what it says in this description, nothing more and nothing less.Don’t expect illustrations or any cool, fancy drawings (let’s hope you have a good enough imagination and aren't dyslexic). I’m not an artist, just a random guy that loves random facts. So you’ve been warned. We’ll have to see how this first edition goes. If all goes well you might even be blessed to see my drawing skills in future ‘Sh*t Facts That Will Not Blow Your Mind’ books. Can you tell I have no friends?Anyway…Here’s a fun fact, a sneak peek! When you buy this book you immediately get a hit of dopamine (dopamine is a feel-good chemical in your brain that’s released when you make a good investment). It’s true, try it.I hope you’ve laughed reading through this book description as much as I have written it, it only took me a couple, I lie, several shots of Tequila to get this ‘creative’.Do you know what is? I’m just bored of reading the same old boring descriptions in these kinds of books. So, if this has put a smile on your face or you know a friend or family member who this book would be perfect for (it’s the time of giving after all), then scroll up and click the yellow tag that says ‘Add to basket.
