It’s one of my top all-time favourite series.’'I so enjoyed this wonderfully written tale of a retired detective and his smart if independent canine companion. From the kindly interactions of Albert to the sneaky actions of his pup, the story is nonstop. I could not easily put this book down. I read far into the night.''Wow, this book was hard to put down. The characters come to life, you become engaged in their adventures.''This book is laugh out loud funny. Rex Harrison definitely steals the show. This is now my favorite author!''This book was such a delight to read! An aged detective on a culinary road trip finds murder, friends and a little too much excitement with his not so obedient washed out police dog. Although fast-paced the author has humor laced throughout the book that will have you laughing out loud! This series of books contain no cussing and graphic descriptions of violence or bedroom activities.
