A Deal with the Devil

Sometimes The Devil Hides in Plain Sight...One fateful night. Two lives forever changed.Sometimes the bonds of tragedy are stronger than blood. When Vandy Hall got into a stolen car with Reynolds McAllister-her brother's best friend, her childhood crush-she had no idea the lifetime of pain it would cause her. As a student at Preston Prep, she watched from the sidelines as her older brother, a prominent member of the Devils, dominated socially and athletically. Her permanent injury, and the extreme overprotectiveness of her family, locked Vandy into a life of social isolation... one she numbed even further with addiction.Stealing is what Reyn McAllister does. Objects, cars, hearts.Or he did, until he was sent away for a horrible mistake. Locked up first in juvie, and then at Mountain Point Military Academy, he spent three long, hard years paying for his crime. It wasn't nearly long enough, but now he’s returning home, to Preston Prep, and to his house next door to the Halls. But after three years of harsh, regimented structure, he's discovering that freedom isn't such an easy thing to grasp. It should be easy for these two to avoid one another. They have nothing in common, other than a single tragic night. But sometimes, the person you know the best is the one who's hurt you most. When an opportunity arises at Preston to revive the Devils, Vandy and Reyn make a deal that will seal their fate once and for all.Everyone thought they were gone, but there's no rest for the wicked, and a Devil never sleeps alone.
